2. Access to the service
Access to articles, live radio and podcasts is free of charge. Roigle Media works to keep the service continuously available but cannot guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
Connection and equipment costs required to access the site remain the user’s responsibility.
3. User account
Creating an account is optional. It lets you save articles, tailor your news feed and, where applicable, submit contributions.
- Users undertake to provide accurate information when registering.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential.
- Users may delete their account at any time from their profile.
4. Contributions and comments
Contributions submitted by users are always reviewed by the newsroom before publication: nothing sent from the site goes live directly. Abusive, defamatory, hateful content, content inciting violence, or content infringing another person’s privacy is prohibited.
Roigle Media reserves the right to refuse, edit or withdraw any contribution that breaches these rules, without notice or justification.
5. Intellectual property
All content published on the site (text, photographs, video, logos, graphic elements) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written permission from Roigle Media.
Quoting an extract is permitted provided the source is credited and a link to the original article is included.
6. Liability
Roigle Media makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive. The site may link to external resources over which Roigle Media has no control and accepts no liability.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
8. Changes to these terms
Roigle Media may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the site is accessed, shown below.
