Accessibility statement

Our commitment to keeping Roigle usable by everyone, however they browse.

Our commitment

Roigle Media is committed to making its site accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA). Accessibility is treated as a design requirement, not as an afterthought.

Conformance status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement is based on an internal review; an external audit is planned. We would rather state a partial conformance that can be verified than a full conformance that cannot.

Measures in place

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator.
  • A structured heading hierarchy and ARIA landmarks on the main regions.
  • Alternative text on images that carry information.
  • Light and dark themes that follow the system preference.
  • Colour contrast checked on text and interactive elements.
  • A responsive layout that stays readable up to 200% zoom without loss of content.
  • The page language declared and matched to each language version.

Known limitations

Some content still falls short, and we would rather say so:

  • Not all videos and podcasts have subtitles or a transcript.
  • Content embedded from third-party platforms is outside our control.
  • Some older illustrative images have alternative text that could be improved.

Reporting a problem

If you have trouble accessing any content, report it from the Contact page, describing the page concerned and how you browse. We undertake to reply and, where necessary, to supply the content in an alternative format.
